You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Elvarnix does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Virtual credits will always be available or accurately tracked.
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elvarnix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
